Leadership Launch!
We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering students in 9th grade through their first year of college to become future community leaders.  We help students change their trajectory in life, and equip  them to do the same for their communities.

Recent Events
We Are Culture was a student-led community engagement project.  The goal was to create a stronger community by bringing people together to engage in conversations with the purpose of breaking down cultural barriers and increasing cultural empathy. Read more about our past and future Launch Projects
​Our motto is "Let Your Leader Out!"  We use character training, educational achievement and community launch projects to teach students how to engage as leaders in their community.
